| The HEART of the LAXOR® Personal Health Record is the Face Sheet or At A Glance. This screen provides you with a snapshot of your health. From here you can add health conditions, treatments, medications, allergies, documents, create relationships with family members and health professionals, find out who has been viewing your record and for what reason, and search your health record. And you can print out a copy whenever needed. Click here or anywhere on the Face Sheet image to view a PDF of the Face Sheet. You can also Control-Click to save the file to your hard drive, and you can also print it out if you like. (You may need a PDF viewer in order to view the image if your browser does not have one built-in. If you do, click for Windows or Mac to get a free PDF viewer from Adobe.) |
