This screen shows the second step in adding a new document to your LAXOR^® Personal Health Record. First you pick the document area, which is filled in automatically once you choose it. Then you give the document a title, add a description if you like and choose who owns it from the drop-down list. Every word you type is searchable. This helps you and your health professionals find documents in the future.
